2020 is shaping up to be one challenging year! Faced with complexity, change and uncertainty in all areas of work, we would like to introduce you to our friends at Longshaw Consulting – Madeline and Guy Longshaw. They have been working hard to help manage people well through lockdown and recovery, providing a mix of paid workshops supplemented with free resources, and are making a real difference to organisations. We thought our clients and contacts could benefit from finding out more about what Longshaw Consulting offer and have asked them to outline what they are doing. They have kindly created this handy blog post for us and have included links to their free video resources for you to access.
